Escalate unresolved customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in the field
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate
  • Professional Certifications: Diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills, proficient in customer service, attentive listening skills, adept at problem-solving.
